This bootcamp will take place over six weeks, starting Thursday the 8th of January 2026.
Each Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm we will meet online to dive into a focused session covering core elements essential to becoming a standout category manager.

What if I’m completely new to category management?
No problem. The bootcamp is designed to build your confidence from the ground up. We’ll cover the basics before moving on to more advanced topics. So everyone will learn something they can apply.
Is it all theory?
Definitely not. Every session is practical, with real examples, tools, and exercises you can start using straight away. You'll hear from experts and your peers across other businesses.
How much time do I need to commit?
Just 2 hours each week plus a short homework task (under an hour) to put your learning into practice.
Who else will be there?
You’ll join a supportive group of people from different businesses and backgrounds, plenty of chances to share ideas and learn from each other.
What if I can’t make a session?
Don’t worry, sessions are recorded so you can catch up when it suits you.
