This bootcamp is designed for people who are new to category management, typically in their first 12–18 months in role, and who want to build a solid, practical foundation.
Over six weeks, every Thursday from 10am to 12pm, we meet online for a focused session covering the core elements of category management:
Week 1 - Core Category Principles.
Week 2 - Analysing Data.
Week 3 - Presenting and Storytelling.
Week 4 - Relationships and Networking.
Weeks 5 & 6 - Range Review Process.
By the end of the programme you'll have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make a real impact in your role!

What if I’m completely new to category management?
No problem. The bootcamp is designed to build your confidence from the ground up. We’ll cover the basics before moving on to more advanced topics. So everyone will learn something they can apply.
Is it all theory?
Definitely not. Every session is practical, with real examples, tools, and exercises you can start using straight away. You'll hear from experts and your peers across other businesses.
How much time do I need to commit?
Just 2 hours each week plus a short homework task (under an hour) to put your learning into practice.
Who else will be there?
You’ll join a supportive group of people from different businesses and backgrounds, plenty of chances to share ideas and learn from each other.
What if I can’t make a session?
Don’t worry, sessions are recorded so you can catch up when it suits you.
